![A beverage can can only say so much on its own, and here’s what it took to say it well for Tribe.
Our redesign for @tribe_kombucha didn’t stop at the wordmark. Every touchpoint had to sound like the brand - from the interlocking letters and curved ‘Kombucha’ in the identity, the BrewMojis, born from the B in the logo, giving the brand a face people actually smile at, and the ‘no lecture’, buddy tone of voice. Tribe became far more than kombucha - it became a drink you could hang out with!
And did the shelf take notice? Oh yes, and how!
Good design, it turns out, is good business, after all.

![Every identity system needs one detail nobody else in the category can claim. We found ours hiding inside the wordmark itself. We gave Tribe a a face (well, several actually).
Meet the BrewMojis, playful faces born from the brand's own 'B,' bringing humour, warmth, and personality to every touchpoint. We took the B from the logo we designed, and gave it a face, winks, grins, sunglasses, a party hat, and the works!
A wordmark tells people what the brand is called. The BrewMojis tell people what it's like to actually hang out with it.

![@tribe_kombucha isn’t just a drink. It’s an invitation to BELONG. Naturally, the wordmark we designed, had to carry that all on its own. That’s why you see that every curve echoes the liquid inside the can, as if the letters are still pouring.
The characters interlock like arms around shoulders, a small, deliberate nod to the idea of togetherness, synonymous with Tribe. Even Kombucha, arched over the E like a wink, names the category with no fuss, curving around the vertical identity without losing an ounce of legibility.
Structured enough to mean business. Playful enough to mean every bit of it.

![@mothers_recipe has been a name on Indian shelves for over two decades. As their long-time design partners, our mandate was to refresh the pickle jar packaging that had earned its place over twenty-five years, without losing what made it work.
But pickle, as it turns out, isn’t just a product in India. It carries region, memory, warmth, and above all, a mother’s love. Designing for that meant looking far beyond the pickle jar.

Here’s a look at how Therefore Design crafted a new and eye-catching packaging design for @mothers_recipe .
The primary challenge was retaining the rich legacy of the brand while giving it an aesthetic of today.
We started with extensive research and brainstorming to envision the wide range and original flavours. We introduced apt elements like hands that smartly did justice to the 'Motherly Love' ethos of the brand.
We refreshed the hierarchy, identified a vibrant visual language, and brought more warmth, structure and shelf presence with the new label architecture — reflecting legacy, authenticity, care, and trust — the pillars of Mother's Recipe!
